A giant healthcare product company from London wanted to make sure their omnipresence in the American & European market. Well, they needed an agency to run the campaign but engaging a British agency for a ton of GDN banners certainly was not considered the smartest idea as a business. They sketched a plan to localize their marketing strategy in 20 countries covering Europe, Asia & America.
When we received the request, we analyzed the requirement and extracted possible risks to rectify pro-actively. The only risk was the volume to handle. We literally had to deliver 90+ HTML5 GDN banners every week.

The Solution & Result
The entire project was handled with Asana as a project management tool and we kept Discord as our communication channel. These toolkits saved a lot of time and ensured there is no data loss. We had fun working with languages we had no idea where quick adoption was the only key when we were in the middle of the process. We received the first request in 2014 and continued to work for different campaigns after the first success. We believe we have provided great value to our client and it resolved critical problems for onboarding onsite team for less value redundant tasks.
