How do we keep track of projects with the team?
Cloud is the ultimate solution. We are an Australian partner of ClickUp and all our service leads are certified and well-versed with ClickUp, Atlassian Suite, Trello & Asana. While working on the architecture of the team workflow, the service leads make sure that the mentioned tools are set in motion to collaborate without data loss.
Who is going to manage the team and how do I measure productivity?
We will assign a service lead for you who will audit the current discipline, establish necessary changes, and make sure the remote team is keeping up with the outlined productivity standard in place. You don’t have to worry about attendance, leave requests, etc. as they are handled by a dedicated full-service vHR team to which you have direct access. You get a daily log report for the executed tasks by each team member which gives you visibility into the productivity every day.
Do you work based on projects?
No – we build and manage your team based on rolling contracts. However, we understand that employees you hire for a specific project often work for a specific number of months until the project is finished. In that case, you can simply carry on working with your team until they finish your project and provide us with prior notice as per the contract when you want to dismiss it. Dismissing the team also means the employees are set free and any future work for your project will require rehiring. We strongly suggest carrying on with the team until you are 100% confident to let it go.
