When they had 10,000+ products and numerous competitors in the market, visibility with search keywords became the game. There are heterogeneous keyword patterns to find these products depending on consumer behaviors and competitors are well into the game already.

When we received the request, we extensively researched the market positioning and both the account manager and the client agreed that the products need deep concentration on tagging and categorisation. The requirement was 3000 products per week and there were products from two different domains. We boarded two content specialists to handle the volume and since then we have kept on continuing the service.
